COLLECTIONS / CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
Exciting opportunity to join the team of a financial corporation with outstanding advancement opportunity! Positions open due to internal promotions! Very competitive salary plus bonus plan! Overtime available!
Responsibilities will include collecting on delinquent mortgage and automotive accounts in a call center environment. Utilize your customer service skills to negotiate a win win outcome.
Qualified candidates must have collections experience or call center banking experience along with an energetic personality, professional phone demeanor, outstanding customer service skills along with a solid work history and references. Must be extremely driven, motivated and competitive with history of taking on additional responsibilities in past jobs. Bachelor's Degree a plus.
