Our Pewaukee-based client seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to support the President and CEO. The incumbent in the role will perform the following tasks:
• Manage and schedule calendars in Microsoft Outlook.
• Schedule Executive travel, negotiating rates for hotel, food, etc.
• Arrange meetings for executives and internal team members.
• Research information, gather data and prepare reports in Excel.
• Communicate with internal employees and external vendors and additional contacts.
• Perform records management and daily mail distribution.
• Perform company receptionist duties on a part-time basis.
• Provide remote support to the CEO in Colorado.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s preferred, with 5 plus years experience supporting executives in an organization.
• Technically proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to multi-task and display excellent organizational skills.
• High energy, with drive and initiative.
