L&D Specialist/Interdisciplinary Under the supervision of the Clinical Education Director, this position builds clinical competency coursework, regulatory and general educational programs to benefit all employees at HospiceCare. This position actsas an educational resource for social work, bereavement and chaplain staff. A bachelor’s degree in Social Work (master’s preferred), bereavement counseling or divinity/ministry with 3-5 years experience in a health care setting is preferred. Experience with design, development and/or delivery of training programs is beneficial.
