A & P Mechanics

This position is responsible for the maintenance, modification and servicing of aircraft and aircraft componenets on the Shorts Brothers 330 and 360.
 

• Perform routine scheduled maintenance and inspection of aircraft in accordance with ACC’s, AAIP and manufacturers specifications.

 

• Read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and specifications to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.

 

• Modifiy aircraft systems or components following drawings, engineering orders and technical publications.

 

• Disassemble and inspect parts for wear, warping, or other defects.

 

• Assemble and install electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and structural components and accessories, using hand tools and power tools.

 

• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs to minimize aircraft downtime. 

 

• Process all necessary documentation and paperwork for processes completed.

 

 
Requirements Include:
 
               *  A & P License.            
       
               *  Ability to interpret and apply technical data relating to position. 

               *  Three to five years experience in maintenance on Turboprop aircraft. 

               *   HS/GED required. 
 
              *    Valid Driver’s license.
