Corporate Building Manager
Uline, a leading international distributor of packaging & industrial supplies, seeks a Corporate Building Manager for their new Corporate Office in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin (south of Milwaukee).

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:
 

Manage the daily operations of Uline’s Corporate Campus Facilities including a Full Service Cafeteria & provide overall direction to the staff
 

Assign & schedule work to appropriate staff & inspect work in progress & at completion
 

Perform daily audits on buildings, sites & equipment for needed repair & maintenance
 

Maintain data center & all mechanical equipment & negotiate / prepare contracts for all services
 

Oversee landscape & grounds to ensure snow / ice is removed from all building walkways & parking areas
 

7+ years experience managing construction or maintenance staff
 

Must be detailed, energetic, take-charge / results-driven & have excellent time management skills
