As a consultant/recruiter, you will have complete ownership over your own success.  We are looking for someone with 2-4 years of success under their belt in a sales oriented environment that has demonstrated strong customer service skills while maintaining a "can do" attitude along the way.  The ability to be a quick minded solution provider is also important.  In this position, you will contact companies to identify their needs and work through our unique referral system to find top talent for client companies.  This is done through telephone calls, personal interviews, company visits, and networking. As you can see, you will be talking to people all the time.  So, you have to be "good with people!"  In essence, we set goals and work to achieve them consistently.  Committed training and support is provided daily in order to achieve success every step of the way.
